RN Home Care Nurse

Experienced Rn Needed For Home Health Care Agency

Because We Care is a non-medical home health care agency that needs an experienced RN to complete initial assessments, supervisory visits, and annual reassessments in our client's home or facility in the Atlanta area. You will be paid per assessment. Our clientele is primarily the elderly and disabled. We require our nursing staff to be compassionate, thoughtful, understanding, and attentive. Time management skills are essential. If you enjoy working outside of a clinical setting and having a flexible schedule, please submit your resume. This position is strictly PRN.

The responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:

• Assess and evaluate client needs
• Build and update care plans
• Perform medication reviews
• Deliver education that will enhance the client's quality of life
• Provide regulatory compliant documentation
• Conduct supervision of HHA's, CNA's, and LPN's

Educational requirements:

Diploma / ASN at minimum

One must also provide the following documents:

• Current Georgia RN License
• Current TB Test
• Current driver's license
• Current Car Insurance
• Current CPR and First Aid

We are located at 7209 Turner Lake Road, Covington, GA 30014. Interviews are virtual or in person.

Job Types: PRN only

Pay: $80.00 per initial/annual visit; $40.00 per supervisory visit; Hourly rate $30-35 per hour; Mileage reimbursed at current IRS rate

Experience:

• Nursing: 2 year (Required)
• Home health: 1 year (Preferred)
• License/Certification:
• BLS/FA Certification (Required)
