Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EDI Test Lead to oversee and manage all testing activities related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in EDI standards (such as X12, EDIFACT), testing tools, and leading cross-functional testing teams. The EDI Test Lead will work closely with QA, business analysts, developers, and trading partners to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of EDI transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for EDI-related projects and integrations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 850, 810, 856, 997, etc.).
• Coordinate and manage system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and trading partner testing.
• Review EDI mappings and specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Work with trading partners and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues.
• Validate inbound and outbound EDI files using tools and manual validation processes.
• Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.
• Lead defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
• Ensure testing meets compliance, regulatory, and business requirements.
