Quality Technician

We are hiring a Quality Technician to join a manufacturing team producing insulated panels. This position will be responsible for inspecting finished and in-process products to ensure they meet required quality standards and specifications.Candidates should have previous quality inspection or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment. Training will be provided on the specific products, processes, and quality standards used at the facility.ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections on insulated panels throughout the manufacturing processInspect products for proper dimensions, workmanship, and overall qualityAccurately use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to verify measurementsIdentify defects, inconsistencies, or products that fall outside specificationsDocument inspection results and communicate quality concerns to productionFollow established quality procedures and safety standardsLearn product-specific inspection requirements through hands-on trainingQualificationsPrevious Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometersAbility to accurately read measurements and verify specificationsStrong attention to detailComfortable working in a production/manufacturing environmentDependable attendance and willingness to learn new processesScheduleRotating 1st and 2nd shiftsMust be flexible and able to work both shifts as required by the rotationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly payYearly bonus opportunitiesHands-on training on insulated panel manufacturing and quality standardsOpportunity for continued growth within manufacturing and quality #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
