Employee Relations Partner

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Employee Relations Partner will conduct investigations into employee relations concerns, provide timely communication and reports, and assist in developing a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities Conduct detailed investigations into employee relations issues such as harassment and discrimination Provide comprehensive reports and clear communication regarding investigations Support managers in developing and monitoring Performance Improvement plans Required qualifications 2 or more years of experience in Employee Relations or as a Human Resource Business Partner Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (preferred) Human Resources Certification such as SPHR-CP, SPHR-SCP, PHR, or aPHR (preferred) Experience conducting investigations on sensitive employee relations issues Knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
