Senior Front-End Engineer

Senior Front-End Engineermicro1 is engaging Senior Front-End Engineers to contribute to an innovative customer project focused on AI training. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity involves close collaboration with talented Designers and other professionals, leveraging your front-end skillset to make a meaningful impact on advanced technology initiatives.Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated mastery in front-end engineering with expert-level proficiency in React and React Native.Strong experience in crafting accessible, responsive interfaces using HTML and CSS.Proven knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating closely with Designers.Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to providing clear technical feedback.Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and as part of a distributed, multidisciplinary project team.Familiarity with contributing to complex technology projects or AI-driven initiatives is a plus.ProcessApply to the role, filling out the screening questionsComplete AI interview (aprox. 30 minutes)Hiring Manager reviewCompensation StructureCompensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications.
