Family Medicine Physician / MD Louisville, KY $191,770 - $330,380 a year We are seeking an empathetic and board‑certified Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care team, focused on holistic, value‑based care and collaborative practice. Role Responsibilities Deliver all‑encompassing care for individuals and families throughout their lifetime, attending to needs from childhood to elder care. Effectively manage chronic illnesses, preventive measures, acute health issues, and mental health challenges with a patient‑centered focus. Perform thorough physical evaluations, interpret various diagnostic results, and devise individualized treatment strategies. Collaborate with specialists, behavioral health experts, and care coordinators to guarantee comprehensive care. Engage in quality improvement efforts that elevate patient outcomes and operational success. Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) for meticulous and current patient documentation. Provide both in‑person and virtual care to align with patient preferences and lifestyles. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical institution. Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certified in Family Medicine. Eligible for, or currently possess, an active medical license in Kentucky. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Skills and Experience Exceptional diagnostic and clinical abilities prioritizing preventive care. Familiarity with value‑based care models and a drive for continuous enhancement. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
