Atwell is hiring an experienced Technology Specialist to be the go-to tech problem-solver for employees nationwide — real infrastructure work, not just password resets. Why you\'ll like it here: Variety — workstations, servers, VOIP, networks, design software Real autonomy, backed by a supportive IT Team Leader Work that impacts every department, company-wide Overtime pay (non-exempt role) What you will do: Troubleshoot hardware, software, account & printer issues Support servers, networks, backups & data replication Deploy workstations, laptops, printers & Mitel VOIP phones Support AutoCAD and other design software Manage IT asset inventory and ticketing What you need: Bachelor\'s degree in IT or related field 7+ years of corporate IT support experience Experience with MS Server, Windows 10, O365, Active Directory Strong networking & troubleshooting skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus: Autodesk experience If you like solving problems before anyone has to ask twice, we want to hear from you. $30 — $42 USD
