Lead Veterinarian (Phoenix)

We are seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join the team for the launch of a truly special, full-service, cutting-edge, small animal hospital in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, AZ.

This is not your average leadership role. This clinic represents a rare chance to walk into a recently launched practice and put your stamp on things from clinical standards to team culture. You can expect a consistent four-day work week, one to two weekend days per month, and a culture built around sustainable, collaborative, and long-term success. Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes with a full schedule of approximately 16 appointments per day. This will be a full-service veterinary hospital, providing a wide range of wellness, diagnostic, and surgical services in a progressive, small animal, general practice and urgent care setting.

About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited university or equivalent
• Active veterinary license in Arizona, or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date
• At least 5 years of clinical experience, with some leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• A confident, independent clinician who thrives with autonomy and takes pride in clinical excellence
• A natural leader with the drive and vision to help build and grow a practice from scratch
• Passionate about creating a team culture where people genuinely love coming to work
