Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Sylvester, Georgia area. The Salesperson will greet and engage prospective customers, assess their needs, and present suitable vehicle options and financing solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and benefits, preparing sales proposals, and guiding customers through the purchasing process and documentation. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in the sales system, and collaborating with finance and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Salesperson is expected to meet sales goals, uphold company standards of professionalism, and represent the brand in a courteous and ethical manner. Qualifications Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers. Sales and negotiation skills, including experience identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing transactions. Basic knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing options, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers, follow‑ups, and documentation accurately. Comfort using point-of-sale, CRM, or dealership management software and standard office applications. High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with a focus on ethical sales practices. Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, and stand or move around the showroom for extended periods. Prior experience in retail, automotive, or B2C sales is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
