In this role, you'll provide personalized investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and comprehensive financial guidance. If you're passionate about helping people, enjoy developing long-term relationships, and thrive in a consultative environment, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Wealth Advisor, you will:Develop trusted relationships with credit union members by understanding their financial goals and recommending customized financial strategies. Provide comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, retirement planning, and estate planning solutions. Identify members' financial needs and recommend appropriate investment products. Service an existing book of business while expanding your client relationships. Generate new business through internal referrals, community networking, and proactive prospecting. Partner with branch teams to create referral opportunities and deliver exceptional member experiences. Meet with members across multiple branch locations as needed. Participate in community events, financial education seminars, volunteer activities, and business development opportunities. Maintain current knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations, company policies, and all applicable laws while maintaining the highest ethical standards. What We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates will have:A proven record of success in investment sales and relationship management. Strong consultative selling and communication skills. The ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients with varying levels of financial knowledge. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others. Experience developing new business while nurturing existing client relationships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while collaborating with branch teams.Experience & QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Active FINRA Series 7 License.Active FINRA Series 66 License (preferred) or Series 63 License.Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative sales skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Ability to travel between branch locations for member appointments.Why Join Service One Wealth Advisors?This is more than a traditional financial advisor role.
