Help safeguard financial accuracy while keeping the office humming. This role blends hands-on accounts payable expertise with practical administrative support—ideal for someone who values precision, efficiency, and teamwork.

• Own end-to-end AP processing in alignment with internal controls and policies.
• Maintain well-organized files: invoices, receipts, approvals, and payment records.
• Contribute to month-end close through reconciliations and reporting inputs.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors; research and resolve discrepancies fast.
• Provide administrative support: filing, data entry, and supply coordination.
• Collaborate across the team to streamline processes and elevate accuracy.
• Assist in budget creation and forecasting cycles as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting/finance is beneficial.
• Prior experience in accounts payable or a closely related accounting role.
• Detail orientation paired with strong organizational habits.
• Microsoft Office fluency, especially Excel; accounting software familiarity preferred.
• Comfort working both independently and within a fast-moving team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach.
