Now Hiring: Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Locations: Nampa & Meridian
Schedule: Day, Swing and ON shifts
Agency: Mana Resources
- Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and medication assistance
- Provide encouragement, emotional support, and companionship
- Assist with community outings and recreational activities
- Help build life skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
- Document care and communicate effectively with the team
- Work alongside families and providers to follow individualized care plans
- High school diploma or GED
- Caregiving experience is a plus (we’re happy to train the right person!)
- Strong communication and people skills
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation
- CPR/First Aid & Medication Certification (training provided)
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM
