We are growing our care team and currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/PCAs) throughout all of Oswego County, NY. If you are dependable, compassionate, and enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will work directly with clients in their homes, providing the everyday assistance and personal support they need to remain comfortable and independent.
Your responsibilities include:
- Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with meals and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and daily support
- Giving medication reminders
- Reporting changes to the care team
- Helping maintain a safe home environment
