Title PSAB BOSS: Lodging Lead Belong, Connect, Grow with KBR! The KBR PSAB Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT‑INSTALLATION (BOS‑I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). These services support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, and cover a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. The program also serves five remote Army sites within PSAB and ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for mission readiness and operational effectiveness. The Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Logistics (LOG) Lodging Lead will implement and maintain the lodging program and all associated tasks, including personnel accountability, occupancy checks, reporting of occupied and reserved spaces, management of transient spaces, use of the CQMAP or equivalent tracking system, lodging front‑desk operations, coordination with PERSCO as needed, lodging supply and furniture inventories, shift pass‑down information, collaboration with the 378th EFSS on inbound/outbound personnel, planning for major rotation periods in April and October, working with Unit Lodging Reps (ULRs), and managing all personnel assigned to lodging, including other country nationals (OCN). The Lodging Lead will make all room assignments in strict accordance with AFCENT and local policy that incorporates grade and gender. Roles & Responsibilities Function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U.S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia forces, and sharing information with other team members as required. Check personnel in and out using workstations equipped with the CQMAP software or an equivalent tool, 99.9% of the time. Perform occupancy checks of all lodging facilities and vacant rooms/bed spaces, including those scheduled to vacate the day before, and report occupied/unoccupied bed spaces to the KBR Management team. Performs other duties as assigned. Material & Equipment Directly Used May be exposed to hazardous conditions requiring the use of hard hats, gloves, steel‑toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, and other personal protective equipment (PPE). May need to push, pull, and lift heavy equipment. Use of land mobile radios, cell phones, laptops, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities. Working Environment Work will be indoors and outdoors. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur. Overtime, shift work, and occasional to frequent travel may be required. Employee must comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, published company work rules, and written instructions. Task‑specific work environment training may be provided. Must be prepared to function in a wartime or contingency environment to support U.S. interests. Physical Activities Lifting up to 35 lb, team lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, extended sitting or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending. Wearing personal protective equipment such as hearing and eye protection, hard hat, steel‑toed boots, and individual protective equipment (IPE). Standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying less than 20 lb frequently. Moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and upstairs. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma required plus two (2) years of continued education. Minimum one (1) year’s work experience in customer service. Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Driver’s License. Must possess a passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity and six blank visa/stamp pages remaining. Must have and maintain a valid U.S. SECRET Security Clearance. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. Candidates must also meet CENTCOM MOD‑15 theater requirements. Skills Proficient with computers & related software such as Microsoft Office and other common office products. Able and willing to work long hours to meet mission requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in contingency environments and knowledge of working with government contracts. Preferred Qualifications Previous billeting/lodging experience.
