Sales Development Representative

Short version: we sell warranty and claims administration software to companies with broken processes and outdated systems, and we need someone hungry to go find them. Longer version For most of the companies we serve, warranty and claims isn’t a side task. It’s the whole business. TPAs, home warranty companies, auto F&I providers. Their entire operation lives or dies on how well they administer coverage and process claims, and about 75% of our customers run that entire business on top of WarrantyHub. This role is about finding the operators who are still trying to run something that mission-critical on spreadsheets, email threads, and duct-taped legacy systems, and showing them what real infrastructure looks like. Here’s the honest setup: our sales motion is still founder-led. Our CEO runs every discovery call and demo. Your job is to find the right people, qualify them, and get them on the calendar. You hunt, you qualify, we close. It’s a tight relay, and if you’re good, you’ll watch deals you sourced turn into revenue you can point to. What you’ll actually do Run smart, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) across our target verticals Research accounts before you reach out (no spray-and-pray) Have real conversations instead of reading scripts, and set meetings that are actually qualified Keep your pipeline clean in Zoho and feed the team what you’re learning from the market Who you are A self-starter who doesn’t need a manager hovering to stay in motion Genuinely curious about how businesses run, because good discovery starts with real questions and real listening Comfortable on the phone and allergic to sounding like a robot Someone who gets shit done and keeps score What this is NOT A big company with layers, approvals, and process for the sake of process.
