About the Role:

The 2nd Shift Panel Assembler plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling electrical control panels and related components during the evening shift. This position ensures that all panels are built accurately and efficiently according to detailed specifications and quality standards. The assembler will collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in electrical panel assembly or a related manufacturing role.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in electrical assembly or related technical training.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical control panels and wiring harnesses following detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve assembly issues or defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies.
