Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Par Mar Store 41 in Wilkesville, OH. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
