ESG Sport Paris (cole Suprieure de Gestion du Sport), en partenariat exclusif avec adidas, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine du Retail Sportif, un.e Apprenti (e) Vendeur (se) Polyvalent (e) en contrat d'alternance.
Contrat d'apprentissage propos en exclusivit avec l'ESG Sport
TON ACTIVIT :
- Directement rattach.e au Store Manager, tes responsabilits seront axes autour de la vente, du service client, de la marque et des produits, des oprations et des processus du magasin.
- Tu seras un ambassadeur de la marque en te connectant, t'engageant et inspirant nos clients en accord avec nos valeurs.
- Tu travailleras en collaboration avec l'quipe du magasin, tu participeras activement toutes les tapes du process de vente (depuis la livraison jusqu' l'encaissement) afin de gagner ensemble et d'atteindre les objectifs du magasin.
- Tu seras proactif.ve sur ta carrire chez adidas en participant toutes les formations ncessaires au bon droulement du magasin.

ON EST FAIT L'UN POUR L'AUTRE SI TU AS :
- Tu as obtenu, ou est en cours d'obtention, d'un Bac+2/Titre RNCP de niveau 5
- Une premire exprience dans la vente ou un autre domaine en contact direct avec le client.
- Des connaissances de base sur les KPI retail.
- Un sens aigu du service client et des comptences de vente.
- Un esprit d'quipe, de rsilience, une volont d'apprendre/curieux.se, de bonnes capacits de communication.
MODALITS DE LA FORMATION :
Bachelor Sport Business Classe ddie adidas x ESG Sport
Rejoins une formation exclusive alliant sport business et merchandising grce au partenariat entre adidas et l'ESG Sport. Accessible en Bachelor 3e anne, ce cursus professionnalisant en alternance t'offre un accs privilgi l'univers adidas : sminaires, interventions de managers, projets concrets et visites de sites emblmatiques. Spcialise-toi en visuel merchandising appliqu au retail sportif et bnficie d'une immersion totale pour acclrer ta carrire. Une opportunit unique de dcrocher une alternance en tant qu'Apprenti Vendeur Polyvalent II (H/F/D) chez adidas et d'voluer vers des postes cls du secteur.
Si ta candidature est retenue (cf. PROCESS RECRUTEMENT ci-dessous), tu intgreras une classe exclusivement ddie l'enseigne adidas au sein de l'ESG Sport. Tes camarades de classe volueront comme toi au sein de nos magasins au niveau national.
Diplme prpar : Bachelor Sport Business 3 (Bac + 3) prpar en 1 an.
Cursus offrant un focus sur le Visual Merchandising.
(*) Contrat en alternance (apprentissage et non pas contrat de professionnalisation).

PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT:
- Suite ta candidature, tu seras recontact.e par l'quipe pdagogique de l'ESG sport, qui s'assurera de ton admissibilit notre classe ddie,
- Si ton profil est admissible l'ESG Sport et que ta candidature est retenue, nous reviendrons vers toi sous 10 15 jours,
- Tu seras alors invit.e un entretien qui aura lieu en magasin avec le/la Store Manager. Si celui-ci est concluant, tu poursuivras ensuite le processus d'admission avec l'ESG Sport en vue d'intgrer la classe adidas en Bachelor (B3).
- Chez adidas, ce sont les qualits personnelles, humaines et relationnelles qui nous intressent avant tout. Il n'y a pas de questions piges durant l'entretien !
- Reste toi-mme, partage avec nous ton exprience et montre-nous nos 6 valeurs (Courage, Ownership, Innovation, Teamplay, Integrity and Respect) s'illustrent dans ton parcours.
