Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator

Lit Chiropractic & Re-Gen SoftWave Therapy | McKinney, TX

Lit Chiropractic & Re-Gen SoftWave Therapy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing clinic in McKinney.

We help patients with conditions such as neck and back pain, knee pain, arthritis, tendinitis, neuropathy, chronic pain, and sports injuries through chiropractic care, SoftWave Therapy, rehab, decompression, and wellness-based treatment plans.

This is a patient-facing role. We are looking for someone who is positive, professional, comfortable speaking with people, and able to keep up in a busy clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional experience from check-in to check-out
• Answer phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Schedule appointments and follow up with new leads and existing patients
• Assist patients with intake forms, paperwork, and clinic flow
• Help prepare treatment rooms and keep the office clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist the doctor with patient set-up for therapies such as SoftWave, decompression, traction, rehab, and chiropractic visits
• Collect payments, explain basic treatment scheduling, and assist with checkout
• Communicate clearly with patients about appointments, care instructions, and follow-up visits
• Support front-desk operations, social media content, and occasional marketing tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, texting platforms, and social media
• Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
• Willing to learn chiropractic care, SoftWave Therapy, and clinic procedures
• Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, wellness, spa, fitness, or customer-service setting is preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Schedule
Monday through Friday, daytime clinic hours. Our office is by appointment only, with typical hours around 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, performance, and responsibilities.
