Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify scope and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and reliable services.
• Monitor and report on project budgets throughout the construction process.
• Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to ensure competitive pricing strategies.

• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with construction estimating software and tools.
