Human Resources Information System Specialist

HRIS Analyst (Oracle) Contract
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: $50$55/hour (Full-time hours)
Duration: 46 months (Temp)
Work Schedule: Hybrid
Overview
Seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a hands-on Oracle HR implementation. This is a highly technical role requiring strong Excel skills and prior experience supporting Oracle HRIS projects. The analyst will play a key role during testing and critical implementation phases.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for Oracle HR implementation activities
Analyze HR and system data using Excel to identify issues, trends, and gaps
Support configuration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts
Partner with HRIS and project stakeholders to meet implementation milestones
Assist during high-volume testing and critical project phases
Required Qualifications
3+ years of HRIS or HR systems experience
Hands-on Oracle HR implementation experience required
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in fast-paced, in-flight implementations
Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule: 23 days onsite
During testing and critical phases, must be available 45 days onsite
