HPA Healthcare is seeking a skill and experienced MDS Coordinator RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must have a BSN, have 3 years experience actually completing assessments and hold BLS cert. Additional certifications may be required prior to starting the assignment.

Schedule & Pay:
- 5 x 8 Days
- $2,475 combined weekly
- $1,477 weekly stipend
- $61.88 per hr blended rate
- $37.43 per hr OT

Additional Details:
- NO Weekends/NO On-call
- Local & new travelers welcome
