Patient Access Representative

To support a high-volume inbound call center, the part-time Patient Access Representative will manage patient inquiries, provide exceptional service, and complete patient registrations while working hybrid hours from 2 PM to 6 PM. Key responsibilities Handle an average of 60-65 patient and clinical business calls per day, ensuring a positive patient experience Complete registration of new patients, including obtaining and verifying insurance information, and schedule appointments according to clinic protocols Assist patients with inquiries, medication refill requests, and escalate issues as needed while maintaining compliance with clinical policies and HIPAA regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma is required One year of customer service experience and one year of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting Bilingual is preferred, but not required Proficient typing and keyboarding skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain the security and integrity of the organization's infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48 Virtual Vocations Inc
