What skills are we looking for:
• Stainless welding/fabrication experience.
• Proficient in GTAW
• CNC brake press operating experience.
• Ability to work independently after being provided initial direction/expectations.
• Good listening skills, verbal communication.
• Ability to adjust. A "whatever it takes" mentality to complete the task at hand.
• Physical dexterity, ability to lift 50 lbs.
• No ego. Promoting team rather than self.
• Thinking ahead, not needing to be pushed.
• Inquisitive, asking good questions in order to learn.

Position Description for Fabricator
Position Purpose: Execute the daily assignments to meet our customers needs


Responsibilities
• Receive Work Instructions at DDS
• Analyze work order processes and drawings
• Obtain materials necessary to complete the task
• Executing the steps to Fabricate a project
• Complete the quality/shipping process after fabrication
• Receiving incoming materials
• Shipping/delivering finished jobs
• Model Core Values
