Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system
• Participate in weekend rotation — every 3rd weekend (Friday/Saturday nights)
• Fulfill at least one major holiday shift from Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols; no floating required

Required Qualifications

• BSN required
• Active RN license valid in Pennsylvania required at time of submission
• NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• AWHONN Intermediate or Beginner certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Epic electronic health records
• Experience in high-volume or acute Labor and Delivery environments
