Description Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, day shift, 40 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence Seward Mountain Haven in Seward, AK! $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Develops, coordinates and maintains Speech Language Pathology services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Assists in direct patient care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Upon hire: Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License or Upon hire: Alaska Speech Language Pathologist Temporary License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. Upon hire: CFY candidates will be considered, with commitment of continued employment after certification and full licensure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
