Pine Hollow Club is looking for friendly, energetic Pool Servers to join our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming club season. If you enjoy working outdoors, creating great guest experiences, and being part of a supportive team, we would love to meet you.
Our Pool Servers play an important role in delivering the high level of hospitality that Pine Hollow members expect in a relaxed, outdoor setting. This position supports food and beverage service throughout the pool area, ensuring members and their guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience.
This is a great opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy fast-paced service, teamwork, and building relationships with members and their guests.
What You’ll DoAs a Pool Server, you will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and their guests in the pool area.
Member Service
- Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service
- Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently to poolside seating areas
- Monitor tables and lounge areas, anticipating guest needs
Pool Service Operations
- Maintain assigned sections of the pool deck, including tables and lounge areas
- Clear, reset, and keep service areas clean and organized throughout the shift
- Assist with beverage service including water, soft drinks, cocktails, and wine
- Ensure timely and accurate service in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Teamwork
- Work closely with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Communicate guest feedback or service concerns to management
- Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions
- Seasonal employment April through November
- Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Hours may vary based on weather and club activity
This is a seasonal position aligned with the Pine Hollow Club operating season from May through September
Because of the seasonal nature of the role, this position is not eligible for paid time off or company benefits.

Requirements: What We’re Looking For- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Must meet the legal age requirements to serve alcohol in New York State
