We are passionate hoteliers eager to add like-minded people to our rapidly growing team!Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Hotel Operations:Oversee day-to-day operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure smooth, efficient property performanceServe as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating basis, resolving guest issues and operational disruptions in real timeMonitor guest satisfaction scores (e.g., GSS, TripAdvisor, Google reviews) and implement service recovery and improvement plansEnsure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local licensing requirementsManage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses against forecasted targetsSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management across operational teamsLead or contribute to weekly operations meetings, reporting on KPIs to senior leadershipFood & Beverage Operations:Partner closely with Front Desk and F&B teams to drive quality, consistency, and profitability across all outlets (restaurant, bar, breakfast, banquets/events)Support menu engineering, pricing strategy, and promotional planning in collaboration with management.Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standardsOversee event and banquet execution, coordinating with sales and catering teams to deliver on client expectationsAnalyze F&B guest feedback and outlet performance data to identify opportunities for service and revenue improvementAssist in inventoriesAssist in vendor and supplier management, including contract negotiations and inventory controlWhat's in it for you? (I.E. Front desk supervisor, F&B manager or Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, etc.) would be recommended. Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESBasic math skills Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Strong leadership skills Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members Excellent time management skills In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations* The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
