Now Hiring Caregivers | Part-Time & Full-Time | $17–$19+ per hour Do you enjoy helping seniors live safely and independently at home? We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to provide quality in-home support to clients throughout the West Valley. We primarily serve Veterans , providing compassionate in-home support that helps them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Experience working with Veterans is a plus, but it is not required. Caregiver Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed Assist with mobility and safe transfers when appropriate Follow each client's personalized care plan and service instructions Communicate changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate team member Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients Qualifications At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance CPR and First Aid certification preferred Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and scheduling Dependable, compassionate, and professional Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation What We Offer Competitive pay: $17–$19+ per hour Part-time and full-time opportunities Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing support Referral bonus opportunities Weekly pay options Supportive and respectful team environment Opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors Join a team where the work you do truly matters.
