Assembly Associate

Job Description

The Assembly Associate plays a key role within the Assembly Team, focusing on fixed assembly tasks that contribute directly to the production process. This position involves close teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and efficient handling of components and inventory. Occasional overtime may be required to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

Perform component assembly according to specifications
Handle and manage inventory accurately
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols
Collaborate effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years experience in assembly work
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in manual assembly techniques
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Strong focus on safety compliance
Effective teamwork skills
High attention to detail and time management
