Administer therapeutic interventions, including gait training, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular reeducation, balance training, and functional mobility activities. Monitor progress, document outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team. Implement discharge planning and progress toward functional goals, collaborating with nursing, physicians, and therapy aides as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, documentation requirements, and facility policies; participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license and eligibility to practice in Maine (or current licensure as applicable) Experience in or demonstrated comfort with a skilled nursing/geriatric rehabilitation setting Ability to participate in a travel assignment and meet the schedule requirements above Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficient in patient documentation and progress reporting Capacity to work the stated shift and maintain the guaranteed hours Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Credentialing and onboarding assistance Dedicated support throughout the assignment Housing assistance options available Extension opportunities for ongoing assignments Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
