The opportunity
The Moriuchi Group @ Compass is hiring a Real Estate Sales Agent who wants to build a serious career inside a team that treats clients like luxury hospitality does: calm, proactive, precise, and deeply personal .

Compensation:$20,000 – $250,000+
Responsibilities:What you’ll do (the work that actually drives income)
- Convert opportunities into clients using a proven follow-up cadence (calls/text/email + modern CRM discipline)
- Run buyer and seller consultations that feel confident, organized, and client-first (not pushy)
- Provide hyper-local guidance on neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle, and market dynamics (with integrity)
- Build and manage a pipeline (daily lead generation + relationship nurturing)
- Guide clients through the full transaction: pricing strategy, prep, marketing, offer strategy, negotiation, inspections, and closing
- Deliver Ritz-Carlton service : anticipatory communication, clean handoffs, and “no surprises” on execution
- Collaborate with the team on listings, showings, open houses, buyer home searches, and events when needed
- Licensed NJ real estate salesperson (required)
- Coachable, competitive, and consistent (you value opportunities to enhance your skills and feedback)
- Strong communicator: concise, warm, confident, and professional
- Tech-forward: comfortable with CRMs, digital paperwork, and learning new tools quickly. (Bonus if you already use systems like Compass tools)
- Organized: you run your calendar instead of your calendar running you
- Relationship-driven: you can create trust fast and keep it for years
