Production Shift Leader (G-Project)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(The following, but not limited to) Manufacturing products to the highest quality standards.Compliance with and enforcement of company security policies.Full supervision of the 5S activity in your shift.Participation in the selection of new employees.Up-to-date working time records of subordinates.Regular evaluation of subordinates and preparation of training plans.Accurate and complete completion of the required documentation tasks.Must report any events affecting the production plan to his supervisor.Handling errors and events that do not affect the production plan of the shift.Production planning within a shift taking into account the needs of delivery.Continuous communication in connection with production-related matters, primarily with the warehouse and delivery shift manager, secondly with production planners and purchasers.Occasionally replaces a Production Manager.In all cases, the decision to replace him is made by his superior.He is obliged to report any events affecting the production plan to his superior.Reporting obligation to the Production Manager.All other tasks related to your job that your supervisor entrusts you with.In cooperation with the HR department, he is responsible for holiday planning, overtime organization, preparation of attendance sheets, registration of illnesses, and participation in disciplinary proceedings in his shift.It maintains/maintains order and cleanliness in its territory. It encourages and accepts the employee's ideas and suggestions on environmental, occupational and fire safety topics. Initiates and supports actions on EHS-related non-compliances. Environmental protection:
As a field manager, he is responsible for the knowledge of the environmental risk of the activities carried out on his territory and for the possible minimization of the environmental risks, for the knowledge and compliance with the relevant processes and instructions of the ISO 14001 system, and for the immediate reporting and investigation of any damage events. During these tasks, he cooperates with the expert performing environmental tasks. Occupational and fire protection :
As a regional manager, he is responsible for the knowledge of the occupational and fire safety risks of the activities carried out in his area, for their possible reduction, and for complying with/enforcing the relevant instructions of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations and the Fire Protection Regulations. During these tasks, he cooperates with the professional performing work and fire safety tasks.
Primary Skills:
Management experience (min. 30 people).
Computer skills (MS WORD, EXCEL).
Systems thinking.
Ability to make decisions independently.
5S operating knowledge.
Knowledge of multinational corporate culture.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Delegation and prioritization capability. Secondary Skills: English language skills.Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen knowledge.A technical college degree is an advantage.
