Outside Plant ROW Agent

Negotiating easement acquisitions and managing land rights, the full-time Outside Plant ROW Agent will perform easement research, validation, and issue resolution while working remotely. Key responsibilities Negotiate easement acquisitions and manage land rights for construction of fiber facilities Review and maintain easement records, including public title reports and compliance documentation Coordinate activities with landowners and internal teams to resolve disputes and foster relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as real estate, project management, or engineering Minimum of five years of experience in easement management and acquisition in the telecom or power infrastructure industry Proficiency in reading and plotting legal descriptions, including metes and bounds Experience with GIS platforms such as ARC GIS or QGIS Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
