Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing*** Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and systems* Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow* Inspect machinery and identify opportunities for reliability and safety improvements* Fabricate, assemble, and install components using appropriate tools and techniques* Follow safety procedures and document maintenance activities accurately**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in an industrial setting* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors* Proven commitment to safety practices and hazard recognition* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions* Effective teamwork and communication skills with a proactive problem solving approach**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
