About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Technology Associate to support the development and maintenance of Certuity's technology stack. This role is ideal for a problem solver and systems thinker who values building quickly using the latest technology. The Technology Associate will work closely with all departments of the company to facilitate Certuity’s goal of leveraging technology for advisor recruiting, client acquisition, and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior technologist who wants to be a part of a small tech team that operates at the speed of startup but with the funding of an established company. Please note this role is in office 5 days/ week at our headquarters in North Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities Development & Maintenance : Implement, develop, and maintain Certuity's core technology stack, including the CRM, portfolio management platform (SS&C Black Diamond), and our proprietary tech platform. Coding & Enhancement : Contribute to our technology using languages and frameworks such as Python, SQL, React, and CSS. Cloud & Data : Assist with the management and optimization of our cloud infrastructure (Azure) and data reporting tools (Power BI). Collaboration : Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points, analyze needs, gather requirements, and implement effective technical solutions. Documentation : Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for all systems, processes, and changes to enhance efficiency and consistency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 1–2 years of relevant technology experience (internships considered) Proficiency in development tools, languages, and concepts including Python, React, API integration, Github, VS Code, and automating workflows. Experience in building and implementing AI agents, models, or custom solutions, showing proficiency beyond basic use of Large Language Models (LLMs) Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is valuable Familiarity with CRMs valued, along with familiarity with portfolio management platforms like SS&C Black Diamond.
