OPERATOR TERMINAL
Job Summary: We're looking for a proactive and skilled Terminal Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our terminal operations, ensuring that our products are handled, loaded, and shipped efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards. You'll also be hands-on with equipment maintenance, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities: As a Terminal Operator at Cemex, your daily responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency, mastering material flow, maintaining our machinery, championing safety, delivering outstanding service, collaborating for success, and mentoring and development.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should bring a high school diploma or GED, experience in terminal operations or a similar industrial setting, strong mechanical aptitude, a positive, solution-oriented attitude, and the capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.
