Generative Ai Engineer

Duration: 6+ months Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-site 5 days/week) Join a team delivering scalable, production-grade Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions for communications, media, and technology initiatives. This role will lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of Generative AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms, and enterprise ML systems while ensuring security, performance, and reproducibility. The position partners closely with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of LLM fine-tuning using LoRA or QLoRA
• 5+ years of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture development
• 5+ years of MLflow for MLOps and experiment lifecycle management

Responsibilities:

• Design secure, scalable AI and ML architectures aligned to business objectives.
• Build ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Fine-tune large language models using LoRA and QLoRA techniques for production use cases.
• Develop embedding-based search and RAG solutions utilizing vector databases and unstructured data at scale.
• Implement model serving and inference services using FastAPI and containerized deployment patterns.
• Deliver AI-powered user experiences using Streamlit and data visualization frameworks while collaborating with product owners through full delivery ownership.
