HIRING IMMEDIATELY - WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES
Job Description

• Pull and fill customer orders by selecting, cutting, and bundling materials to specifications.
• Load, unload, sort, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse and distribution areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely.
• Track inventory and assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
• Maintain a clean work area while supporting daily warehouse and production operations.

Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Experience with material handling, inventory, or order picking preferred.
• Ability to learn warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and ability to arrive on time consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
