Assistant Store Manager

O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.; Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff execute customer service programs.; Assist the store manager in hiring, coaching, and evaluating team members.; Ensure all store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and security measures are followed.; Manage operations including transfers, special orders, returns processing, invoicing, and ensuring stock and display responsibilities are met.
