Job requirements and duties include being 18 years old, having a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to handle adverse terrain.

Advancement opportunities are available, from delivery driver to management, general manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations. Qualifications include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and providing orientation and training.

Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 to over 90 degrees, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments include directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing and compiling data, making judgments and decisions.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.
