Job Title
I am looking for a unique blend of Monitoring experience with Production Support experience.
High-Level Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors select TSS Systems and Applications in support of availability Performs batch job failure remediation in an IBM zOS environment using Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) Provides “eyes-on-glass” assessment of Enterprise Monitoring tools to determine systems health Reacts quickly to anomalies affecting select TSS Systems and Applications Actively participates on bridge calls/reconvenes, general meetings and Teams chats related to incidents and changes Proactively interacts with Systems and Application support teams as required
Required Qualifications
Experience working with IBM zSeries in a zOS environment. Relevant work supporting Job Scheduler - Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
Preferred Experience Using
OnSolve™ MIR3 paging systems. ServiceNow ticketing software. Cisco™ App Dynamics monitoring software.
Required Skills: Cisco Additional Skills: Desktop Support This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
