Escrow Officer – First American Title, Ohio (Dublin, Westerville, Easton/Columbus) We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Escrow Officer who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and seamless closings. Responsibilities Open, manage, and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial transactions. Ensure accurate handling, safeguarding, and disbursement of escrow funds. Prepare, review, and execute closing documents from file open through settlement. Serve as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys. Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties. Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple transactions in a high‑volume environment. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Sound judgment and decision‑making capabilities. Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset. Benefits Competitive hourly pay range of $24.42 – $32.56.
