Program Manager - Weapons Defeat Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities**This position is for upcoming work and is contingent upon task award/funding.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager and Weapons Defeat Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide senior-level program oversight and technical leadership in support of a dynamic government contracting environment. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary program authority — directing day-to-day operations, coordinating across a broad stakeholder ecosystem, and delivering expert guidance across all domains across the program. The ideal candidate brings a deep operational and technical background in weapons defeat, combined with proven program management acumen and the ability to navigate complex, classified government programs. This is an onsite position at Fort Belvoir, VA.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overarching program direction and leadership across all contract task areas, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budgetServe as the primary point of contact for government clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring consistent, transparent communication across all levels of leadershipApply subject matter expertise in weapons defeat to inform technical analyses, support analyses of alternatives (AoA), and advise on operational and strategic requirementsLead financial management activities including budget planning, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting to ensure sound fiscal stewardship of program resourcesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating programmatic and technical risks throughout the program lifecycleInterpret, develop, and apply classification guides in accordance with government security requirements, ensuring all program materials and activities remain compliant with applicable policiesCoordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors to integrate technical, analytical, and operational workstreams into cohesive program execution strategiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, program management, national security, or related discipline); advanced degree preferredMinimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in program management within the U.S. government contracting or Department of War (DoW) environmentMinimum of 3 years experience leading teams and managing staff. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.Posted Salary RangeUSD $160,800.00 - USD $251,325.00 /Yr.
