Americas Demand Strategist — Growth & Omnichannel

Key Responsibilities Your role and responsibilities Develop and execute demand strategies to drive client engagement, expansion of IBM footprint within existing accounts and moving clients from adoption to advocacy. Design and execute programmatic omnichannel client journey in support of the demand motions. Strong partnership with IBM Technology and/or Consulting segment sales organization ensuring tight alignment to business and market priorities to feed into demand strategies. Understanding of client segment business performance including current and future quarter pipeline status, offering performance aligned to the segment and key deals status. Close interlocks with the field Named Account marketing teams at both geography and market levels by guiding the teams to activate the right demand strategies and to capitalize on any co-creation opportunities. Collaboration across the rest of Marketing & Communications disciplines to ensure effective design of the omnichannel client journeys. Identify and prioritize account segments using data-driven insights to develop demand plans for identified cohorts. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing demand strategies based on measurable outcomes. Skills Requirements Required technical and professional expertise Experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, and segment marketing. Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and ability to leverage insights to inform demand strategies. Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with ability to work across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to measure and report on program effectiveness.
