Key responsibilities would include: Job Responsibilities Managing and maintaining office operations, including mail distribution, invoice processing and payments, travel reconciliation, maintenance requests, office supply orders, budget tracking, and related administrative functions Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events Supporting marketing initiatives through the creation of basic promotional materials, office flyers, social media posts, and other marketing collateral Coordinating travel-related logistics and reconciliation Managing multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring deadlines are met Minimum Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills The ability to learn new material quickly Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities A positive, team-oriented attitude Basic graphic design and content creation skills Willingness to travel as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to support event setup and operational needs PCI Federal Services (PCIFS) and its subsidiaries is an equal-opportunity employer.
