Sales and Design Consultant

Modern Wave Cabinetry & Design is a growing luxury cabinetry and design showroom specializing in custom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, porcelain slabs, closets, and outdoor kitchens. We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Sales & Design Consultant to join our team and help homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors bring their projects to life.Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors in our showroom

• Guide clients through cabinetry, countertop, flooring, and material selections

• Conduct discovery meetings and understand client needs, budget, and project goals

• Create and present estimates, design concepts, and selection packages

• Follow up on leads and maintain client communication throughout the sales process

• Schedule and conduct estimate presentation meetings to improve closing rates

• Coordinate with project management, vendors, and installers as needed

• Maintain accurate client records in HouzzPro and company systems

• Assist with showroom organization and product displays

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (kitchen & bath, cabinetry, flooring, interior design, construction, or related industries preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and highly organized

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Comfortable working with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors

• Experience with 2020 Design, HouzzPro, or CAD software is a plus

• Interior design, construction, or remodeling knowledge is highly preferred
