Pay Minimum: USD $16.50 /Hr. Maximum: USD $16.50 /Hr. Basic toolkit: multi‑screwdriver, torx bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy‑off putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, goo‑gone. Must be 18 years old or older, legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Availability & Logistics Flexible availability Monday–Friday early morning to midday, occasional weekend hours. Minimum 20 hours per week. Ability to drive for company, reliable transport, valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and ability to travel within 60‑mile radius. Physical Requirements Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk or hear. Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds. Climb a ladder over 10 feet tall. May require certification for moving equipment. Occasional travel via flight or other modes.
