Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 6:50 AM-2:00 PM

Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest or passion for weight management, disease prevention and reversal, and cardiometabolic health? We are seeking an individual with an unwavering dedication to exceptional patient care, a collaborative spirit, intrinsic motivation for helping others, and an acute attention to detail—all complemented by a polished and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate should be ready and willing to lead our small yet formidable team of health coaches and member care coordinators.

• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight loss, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
• Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
• Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.
• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number
• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
