Job Summary:

As a Lead Base Area Operator, you will perform critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. It is a great opportunity to perform a variety of different work through the day ensuring great service and smooth operations of the resort.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $23.00/hr- $26.88/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in all base area operations which may include and is not limited to parking, scanning, upkeep of base area
• Act as a flexible labor force for various projects and events
• Janitorial Duties
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments
• Ability to lift 50 Lb. (22.6 Kg.)
• Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of related experience

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr- $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
